I am extremely disappointed with your company in terms of flower freshness and customer service.I ordered from Vendaflores.pt and Imperioda Flor which are the same company. Both times the flowers were not fresh and withered quickly.My biggest problem with your store is not even the freshness but the way you treat your customers and their orders. I ordered a single white rose for an anniversary and it arrived one day later than the set date, with no warning from your side and no response to my emails.After engaging with them on social media Vendaflores agreed to issue a refund for the rose but never did! It's been one month already.I would not recommend ordering from their websites. Oh and you left yourselves a 5-star review in google using your other account, so here have 1 out of 5 stars. I would give you less if I could.
